Rapper TECH N9NE to perform at SXSW '08

As word spreads throughout the music world of South By Southwest's commitment to showcasing the most cutting edge hip-hop, more and more artists are coming to the festival with label showcases and exciting events. One showcase that we are really excited to announce is headed up by Tech N9ne and his label Strange Music.

SXSW use to be just rock, but the started having rap artists. Correct me if Im wrong but i kinda remember ghostface killa or method man performing at this before, maybe it was something different I'm thinking about

actually they have had plenty of hip-hop play at the festival. we have played a couple of times, and one of the showcases we played was with Bushwick Bill.

We are most likely going to be out there as well. Just waiting on the final confirmation from the festival people.

Well The Good news for those who live in Texas is that Tech will be showcased in SXSW which is one of the biggest music festivals in the country and the most unique. It is held in Austin Texas and artist from all over the world come to play in over 72 Venues that the city has. Props to the Juggalos last night in San Antonio at the Twiztid show... I know you guys were happy to get the Strange Music 08 Samplers... Yes thats right!! I have been giving away the new Tech Samplers so if your in Austin and you see a vehicle with the Everyready cover on it or a dude decked out in Strange then be sure to say wassup and get a sampler.
