man, in my spanish class today we had a substitute. so i took out my mp3 player and started bumpin to Tech N9ne (of course). at the time, i had No Can Do on. kids started askin me wut im listenin to (u kno how kids r wit music) so i told em Tech N9ne. NONE of them knew TECH besides The Beast on madden 06. i let sum1 listen to it and he was like "wtf is this"? he thought it was a white guy rappin. i tried to explain to em TECH isnt ur ordinary rapper...hes better. but they was talkin bout how lil wayne is the shit annd that hes better and blah blah blah.personally,i dont like lil wayne. i respect him n all but i jus hate when rappers talk bout bein the best and havin stacks of $$$ and spinners n shit.
Sum ppl jus arent used to the style TECH has wit his lyrics n beats n wut not.

i loved it last summer when tech was added last minute to the summer heat show headlined by chingy that a radio station in TC put on. they called tech to perform because T.Pain had canceled. when tech came out on stage with his robe on and face painted, i can't tell you how many people i heard in the crowd say, "who the hell is this guy?" or "what is this guys problem?" by the end of his set (i think the longest of the night actually, i was thinking he would get like 20-30 mins, but he got a full set over an hour long) when he started doing Im a Playa those same people were dancing, and even saying the lyrics to the song.

I wish I coulda' went. I missed it tho. My first thought when I seen Him on the Bill, I was Like WTF. No1 I knew went (aside from you i guess) lol. but yeah it May sound fucked up but that was the same way wicked wonka was.
