What stores have you had GOOD experiences with?
I've done consignment here in San Diego and people are not that nice about it. Overall bad experience (at least with my northern cali product).
I know record stores in NorCal are a little more accepting/supportive.
What payment arrangement was made?
Have they returned your unsold product in good condition?
Did they even return it?
Are they professional?
How are they with mixtape projects?
What do they require to be printed on the product?
Is everything done in writing?
