Looks nice... i think you should place the artist as if they go back into perspective...like the guy in the center will be big and as they go to the side they get smaller....

Well as far as brushes for the lights and the photography NONE! This is a night shot. That's why the light look like that. Thanks for all the input. I did not think of the perspective layout with them.

not bad...but a few things:

1. the guys need to blend better. maybe try what married2daave15 said and make them go back or something too.
2. lose the blood drops or make them more shaped and not so cartoony
3. on the lines around the title, why does the white stick out?

I think that imma stick with the 2d blood drops. I am partial to them but as fars as the typography it was all by design. I dunno can't win em all.

Yea, if you let the lense stay ofen for a few seconds, more light comes in the picture and street lights will look like that...
