Since the world is in a state of financial unstability and uncertainity, do you ebay sellers notice that in your sales? Myself as a buyer, due to the increasing strenght of $ compared to euros and my national currency I stop my bids lower than before. If I placed a bid on one CD for $40 this summer, the same bid wouldn't have been higher than $27 today due to the increased dollar value, and this is a prominent difference. Are CDs selling cheaper nowadays or haven't you noticed anything yet?

Hell yeah they are. Stuff that Ive sold in the past are selling for half the price they use to & many items are only selling for $5 when they use to bring in $20 all day. My rent hasnt gone down, whats the deal?

I guess everybody's feeling financial uncertainity nowadays. US sellers have benefited more than a year that the dollar has been so low, especially compared to euros. I believe that made European bidders increase their bids more than normal. This has been cool because it's been possible to get expensive CDs fairly cheap, but myself I'm thinking twice now before I bid higher than $40.

THE EBAY FEE'S ARE A JOKE AND NO PROTECTION FROM PAYPAL HAS SLOWED ME DOWN. I ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE FAIR PRICES ON MY STORE ITEMS . AND LOW STARTING PRICES ON AUCTIONS BUT THE FEE'S IS WHATS GOT ME SLOWING DOWN RIGHT NOW.

I'd say the prices are just increasing which is ridiculous. Can't buy anything because of the increased rate of US dollar. French/Japanese keep on bidding like nothing happened, maybe even more than year ago. Maybe it's because there's less sellers on ebay now? And the CD addicts gotta get their fix lol. Good time for selling if you're European!
