F.A.B. is underrated if anything. He didn't even start out as a Hyphy artist like most haters assume. I do think him choosing to associate himself with the Hyphy movement damned him. Damned him because it made it seem to other people that he's not capable of making "real" songs. Plus, him battling Royce Da 5'9 caused alot of Royce's dickriders to talk shit about him because he is from the Bay.
But mayne when F.A.B. puts focus onto a track with subject matter, he puts emotion, seriousness and flow into it, point blank period. He's not average when he gets focused. At least to me.

^^I downloaded FABs all freestyle mixtapes i can tell when he's writing and when he's not. Not to mention the nigga is rambling on & on & on that has about random topics how could that be written?
The only battle rapper that I've seen truly freestyle is Serius Jones. That nigga would merk Fab. Jin freestyles too. The rest of them niggas write their shit.
