Reviewers are sometimes hella different.
I use Blutarski (2Sicc) and Thorti (Velvet Music) as examples. Each gave it basically a 8/10 (4 stars is about the same I guess) but they liked some different songs. Both like about 14 songs and then had 4 or 5 they didn't care for, BUT those four or five were the main ones the other reviewer liked.

Check this out:

"Corrupted Mind" Ghost (2Sicc Reviewer)
I'm not feeling this song one bit. The beat by DJ Sham isn't that good and Ghost's flows are not good at all. I don't like his style at all. Just skip this one, I'm not feeling it one bit."

"Corrupted Minds"Ghost (Velvet Mus)
I guess this is one of my favorite productions on this comp! Its hella tight, feeling it to the fullest! The rapping is very strong also, you can hear some real good flows, on the verses and on the hook! Cool track!! 9/10

See what I mean, different reviewers like different things. Flips the other way, too...

"Flame On" Big Mel (Velvet Mus.)
It gets a lil psycho! The beat has some melody that could have been taken from some horror flick! I dont feel it that much tough! In the middle there´s even some asia typa sounds, everything´s a lil strange on this one! Aint feeling Big Mel too much neither! Heard him spitting better! 5/10

Flame On" Big Mel (2Sicc)
Another clean ass beat by DJ Sham. Big Mel comes hard on the mic on this song. I like his style and the lyrics he spits. This is much better than the last song he was on and a little better than his first song on the album. A tight ass song overall, I'm feeling it to the fullest.

Here's More:
"They Gon'" Family Business (2 Sicc)
I'm not feeling this song at all. I don't like the styles by Family Business and I'm not really into the beat at all. It has a slower pace to it then most of the other songs on the album. A little shout out track to friends who aren't with them anymore. I'm not feeling it at all. Skip it.

They Gon´ Family Business (Velvet Music)
This one is real tight!! It´s a slower paced track! The production is a masterpiece, you have to like this one! Very laidback! Family Business coming real good, the all got tight flows! I like the way they put it down here! Very good track!! 9/10

Last one:
2. "Da Coldis" Big Mel (Velvet)
I aint really feeling the production on this one! To me it sounds like there was no real concept behind the beat. Big Mel gots a good flow, but doesnt fit to the beat that good! Aint feeling this track that much, average one, nothing more, nothing less...

"Da Coldis" Big Mel (2Sicc Reviews)
Another clean beat by DJ Sham to get this song started with. Big Mel puts down some good flows with a solid style on the mic. This song makes me want to hear more from him because I'm feeling his style a lot and the beat really fits his flow. A perfect song all around, I'm feeling it overall.

There were a couple of other ones like this too, but you get the point. Reviewers don't always agree. They both did give the album high marks, and there are about 13 songs that they BOTH liked a lot. So they were in agreement on most of the album. I guess what I look for is consistency from one review to the next (grade-wise). Different reviewers or not, an albumshouldn't be getting 5 stars from one guy, and then 1 star from the next. I have yet to find a reviewer who likes the same things I like so I have to do it piecemeal. I like mobb music. If its not in the trunk I really can't be bothered with it. A song has about 15 seconds TOPS to prove to me that I should keep listening. And... I think I have pressed the fast forward button in as litle as two seconds. I bet I'mnot the only one, either. Thanks to the above reviewers for taking their time and giving a review. WHo is the reviewer you guys find your tastes most in line with (not just the above two, anbody/anysite)?

Me, I haven't found one yet. I think my tastes are too mobbish.
