I bought my at a local mompops store in my area. But if you don't have one near you try Rapbay .com(that's where i shop for cd i can't get at the local cd store). Get a PayPal account and shop at rapbay, all you need is a credit or debit card.

as for tech....he's featured on Jelly Sickel wit E-40 and he MIGHT be on another song(but i'm not sure). The cds are bangin(2 cd set).
