If homeboy was hadcuffed with his hands behind his back, what was he gonna do with the gun? not use it, that's for sure. do the math. the po-po would have noticed the gun in the small of his back if he was handcuffin' him. your arms drape in that area when they're behind your back, feel me? if the po-po were cuffin' him as he was sittin' down, then it would have been easier to notice the strap as he was cuffin' him. shit doesn't add up....I smell bullshit.
