I'm gonna try this again since it was deleted out of the appropriate "Studio" section. I came across a box of records in my attic and thought it would be interesting to see what kind of records other producers have.

**Also if you just listen to vinyl records, feel free to join this post**

heres a sample of what i have.

wow...5 records.....dog you be diggin in them crates for hours, huh?

lol

most of my records are in the basement, I got like 4 or 5 crates full.....my camera is broken tho and I'm not bout to use my webcam

my "prized possessions" are Bob James albums One & Two....I've got 3 & 4 also as well as other bob james records, but those cost me the most and I listen to them quite often....well....when I do pull records out I always end up listening to them

lol nah i didnt dig too hard but these are from last night. i have plenty more but i didnt bother to put more pictures up. what sucks is i dont have a record player so even if i try to find shit on the computer so i can listen they are rare to find. but that tin soldier is somewhat sampleworthy imo.

that mars bonfire (top), steve miller band (bottom left), and the bottom right are dope covers.

my parents are the reminicent type. wouldnt work haha. but the bottom right is Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass. The record's Whipped Cream & Other Delights.

but eventually when i move out i'll probably buy a record player, because right now my "studio" is in the family room.

if you got an audio interface like an Mbox or something like that then its pretty easy, the only thing is that some turntables need to be grounded so you might need a mixer

but if y'all are just interested in playing records or importing them to the computer I think buffalo exchange sells a USB turntable

well then where was it moved? a hidden forum i cant see or somethin? i dont see how this is spam since vinyl is a part of producing and was interested in what kinda records people have. some record covers are dope lookin and the music is timeless. i guess im at wrong for making a producer relevent topic in the studio section....

Use the search function, you'll find it along with the people who've replied. And no, posting pictures of vinyl covers is not producer relevant. Do yourself a favor and read the rules of that forum before you make any more stupid comments.
