Looks decent. Some parts look rushed.
The hair needs to be worked on. The lip stick needs a bit of work, soften the edge a bit, I can see the line on the edge of the lip. And the shirt is off, with the color picking up the saturation of the blue tones, should be just white, and the edges of her body should be softened some more, add some shadow to the image, have a light source, follow the original for example. Background is loud but it is a retro image so it works.
Not bad though, just needs to be touched up in finer detail.
