really i failed that real estate class.i got a 64% on the final,and that averaged my grade to like 68.8% which is a D meaning i failed...but he was like...since u stuck it out and came to class most the time,ill give u 70% otherwise u just fail and have to retake the class...which i want to do cuz i honestly still dont kno shit,,just like a whole lotta mafuckas who got they license right now,but i got the latest real estate book plus i found sum1 thats finna mentor me and teach me how to do loans and shit and ima be workin under them so ima just study...that class was hella hard,i neva had time to really read and study while takin my otha classes.shit was rough...about 80% of the class dropped out

nigga dont doubt yourself muthafuccaz dont give niggaz credit but we are smarter than wat we are given credit for we are one of the smartest races so juss believe in yourself and you can do it nuffin in life is ever easy but if you give it your all then you can prevail itz about how bad do you want it oh and by the way congrats i love to see niggaz doin good shit makes me proud to be black
