ok so heres some honest feedback from me (your average run of the mill white guy livin in the 'burbs 30 minute drive from the bay. AKA- your target fanbase that has money and will spend it if your music is deemed "worthy" of my ten or fifteen dollars your chargin for your cd)

keep in mind my buddy is borrowing my speakers for a few days so i have not heard your video. i only "watched it".

i could care less about you showing off guns in your video. i stopped caring about seeing guns in videos ever since i saw boyz in the hood. it's not intimadating. it doesnt look cool. there is no shock factor in it. its actually very cliche to see a black guy with a gun. *yawn*. the next thing that struck me is the SCARFACE poster on the wall in the bacground. again, i saw the movie years ago. i saw the shirts years ago. i still see the shirts today on little white kids who think they are thugs. i think that if your black and are gonna be on an episode of cribs its a prerequisite to have a tony montana poster on the wall of your "crib". i bet the cribs camera crew even has a few in their van just in case you dont have one in your house already so they can hang it up for you while they film your house. also, the white girl. another must have in any "gangsters" video is a snow bunny. again, why? moving along we see the "bottle of lean". why do you find it necessary to show off your prescription bottle of "sizzurrp"? is that how gangsters roll these days? also, breaking down and rolling a blunt, we all know how to do this. and finally, why do you feel the need to show off the "studio"? the worst part though, wearin the gun like a necklace and then holding the other one while standing by the trunk of a car IN THE GARAGE.

p.s.- you left the sticker on your hat. (sarcasm)

again, i represent your target audience if your goal is to sell records and make money. its all love and constructive critisim. you can call me a faggot or a buster or whatever, but what i typed is the truth AS I SEE IT (from a white dudes prespective). i cant say what a black guy or any other race for that matter, although it does matter cause at the end of the day your goal (im assuming) is to get us all to spend that good green money on your product.
peace

ok i see where your coming from now. but now i gotta ask you this, "we made a video no treatment no story line no nuthin"
why? why not make a story line? why no treatment? was it just rushed? was it a acase of quantity over quality? it sounds like from you post that there was absolutely no pre thought as to what direction the video was gonna take. no story board, no "nuttin" as you so eloquently put it. and all im tryin to do is give honest feed back from a demographic of people that have purchasing power and cen move your units based solely on our word of mouth. thats what im tryin to educate you on. once again its all love and thank you for the respectful answer. that in its3elf speaks volumes, cause most catson here would already be like "fuckin you honky motherfucker we dont even like white folks playhin our music. lol. peace fam. and good luck in all your endeavors in the future.
