the only program i use is Photoshop 7.....still learning alot with it

dang do you use any plugins?...i have used photoshop 4 along time now, how did you do that whit glow behind the text??

Radial Blured the text (xNizzLxx)...at 100...Zoom...Best...did that like 3 or 4 times...than stylized the layer...but make sure u duplicate the text before u blur it
