HOMIE...MY HOMEGIRL ORDERED SOME SHIT FROM YALL & STILL HASN'T GOT SHIT...I FEEL LIKE SHIT CUASE I WAS THE ONE TELLIN HER YEA THIS SITES HELLA LEGIT...YALL HAVE ALOT OF SHIT THAT ME & HER BOTH WANNA ORDER...BUT HOW CAN WE TRUST YOU WIT MORE MONEY WHEN YOU CAN'T COME THROUGH WITH A SINGLE CD? I MEAN SHE EMAILED YALL THROUGH ONE OF MY INTERNET ACCOUNTS (SHE DONT HAVE THE NET) & YA'LL DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND

I've been wanting to order a grip of shit from them too......like a bill worth of CD'z but fuck that if I keep hearin how they faulty...

To all of you that are concerned or have heard others speak on our delivery rate late me asure everyone that we are working ovetime to clear up any concerns people may have a bout ordering with us, everyone shoulr understand though that if you haven't received a order placed with us you have to let us know so we can re ship or find out what happened to said order and for those of us that have been to our site you know we offer a large variety of hard to get or out of print titles, so when we run out of some they can be a drag trying to get them back in, but for the most part we have a very high customer satifaction rating and the phone lines are open to whoever has had a problem with there order, we welcome and look forward to rectifying them. @ Street Team....just a thought cause this happened to me. You guys always shipp the orders if there is some kind of delay, but may I suggest if someone places an order and that Item is out of stock even though the website says its available, why cant you email the person with a status of the order? for example, I ordered a cd from you and at the time the website said it was in stock, but 2 weeks later i had not recieved it yet so I emailed the customer service only to get a reply that the item is out of stock temporarliy but its coming. This will clear up alot of these "they faulty" comments. Its just nice to know whats goin on with the order instead of feelin like you got jacked...

The only time I ran into a problem was last year, when they moved to South Frisco (late May/early June). My order didn't come after two weeks, so I called their number and left a message.

Showtime (or someone else) called me back the NEXT afternoon and said that my check probably got lost since I had sent it to their old address--they had just moved, and the guy designing their webpage hadn't updated it with the new address! LOL!

He asked for my home address and then said I could send another check to the new address and that he'd ship my order that day. This was on Tuesday, my CD came to my house that Friday!

Otherwise, I've had no problems since-- But do call them if a problem occurs--they've been cool answering my questions and whatnot. PEACE!
