WHAT UP?

Im looking for someone to do a flyer for me. My brothers opening up a tattoo shop in san jose and im trying to help promote the shop wich opens next month. shoot me your rates and examples of previous work.

also if anyone can give me a refferal to a place where to print the flyers i would appreciate it . i dont have a huge budget but willing to pay for quality work. this is a gift to my brother to help him promote the shop.
