some of the text and logos is too flush to the edges of the image. You should provide a bleed. Some color adjustments would tweak the image a little better. Practice blending and color adjustments along with layout placement.
its coo... but when i look at the flyer, the fonts are fighting each other. make the title bigger than the other information. the audience should know the theme first and it should be big and have its own color/font than the rest!
