Why arent they showing the full video? Thats why its confusing. Sounded more like he referenced martial law to decribe how the speaker is keepin em there till a decison is made about the bailout.
I dont see martial law happening.

yeah there are tanks and jetplanes and black helicopters surrounding my house as we speak with hundreds of troops in black wearing gas masks and I done seen Destro's shiny ass head sticking out of a tank calling the shots, I'm sure he's taking orders from Cobra Commander fuck!! He is talking about Nancy Pelosi... I don't believe she has the executive power for that. He must be referring to how she is treating these hearings.
