Losing Your Hair?

i'm not talkin' 'bout goin' bald.. i got a full head of hair(7-8 inches long).. but every day i lose a handful of hair in the shower.. is this shit normal?.. and what's weird is.. my shit doesn't even seem like it's thinnin' out... even if i run my hands through my hair right now my fingers will be wrapped in hair... does this happen to everybody?

Sounds pretty normal if you have long hair. Obviously you will notice it more. I wouldn't worry about it, pretty sure that's normal.

However do some checks, such as if your using a different shampoo or conditioner or whatever you use on your hair, or if your taking any kind of medication.
