I personally dont use it. but get the K-Lite v2.6 RC 22. its near the bottom. their all the same.

I've been using Ares lately, no spyware or ad-ware, quick results and not alot of dummy files, only drawback is that there isn't a whole lot of users. They also make a "Lite" version for cats who use Mac's. Here's a link to a site with a grip of P2P programs, been goin' here for a few years, they don't have K-lite, but they have a bunch of other shit that might interest you:
