Is RapBay still fuckin up orders?

I placed an order on Rapbay a month ago and when I check the status the single CD I ordered still has status "in packaging". they still don't reply to any emails. I thought they had taken a serious move towards normal customer service since they bossed up their webpage to a version that takes hella long time to load and a nearly useless search engine. anybody else that has been ordering from rapbay lately?

It used to be a rapbay cat on this board a couple of years ago. Is he still here?

you're right, they don't respond to emails. Just give them a call on their 800 number and they will get it figured out.

I bought there 2 albums this year earlier.
It took 3 weeks until my status on the site was marked as paid, while I paid immediately.

But after that it took only one week, when I received em.
Just give them some time.

Shit, I got my albums in 2 weeks and I'm from Europe. Never had problems with them. It's a pity you do though.

i deal with the their distribution side, urbanlife and never have problems.. i bet they just put lower priority on sending out single cds and such. plus they run out of shit all the time. try to call them before gettin too pissed because theyre good peoples and wouldnt fuck u over.
