Bill clearly fits in with Strange Music. but he has spent years building Uncle Howie Records into a success. so what's up? he drops his VERY long awaited second solo album on Strange when he's a label owner? his first was on Psycho-Logical so i guess its possible. or is he doin it like UHR is the imprint and SM is the distribution? just puttin it out there!

^^^^^pretty sure that he's cosigned with strange and UHR. he was talking about it when they were havin mic troubles n RI and he said he brought uncle howie to strange if uncle howie wasnt strange enough or some shit lol. so yeah i dont think he dropped the label at all
