I mean is this dude REALLY that tight? I thought dude was a little original and was making some cool moves working with other artists but EVERY song he's on he uses that damn synth on his voice and every song is about buying drinks and bartender and all this other club shit. I guess its not anything that shouldn't be expected in mainstream hip hop and R&B but is this dude really that tight to folks? I feel like everytime I turn on the radio I face the reality T-Pain IS Hip Hop / R&B.

Thoughts?

i dunno about t-pain but akon is tryin to be the new nate dogg and succeding. . he makes songs hits by singin the hook for some reason. bitches love that skinny african.

It's more annoying if you listen to the radio. I forgot my FM transmitter so when me and my cousin's went to beach last month Buy U A Drink was playing nonstop on 102.5 KDON (that was the only station we were able to get). By the end of the day I knew the lyrics to the whole song.

I don't like Akon that much. He doesn't really have a singers voice, at least T-Pain can sing.

I never been a T-Pain fan after hearing his first album, but I never got on here talking shit about him. Just let that nigga be he'll play himself out soon. Far as AKON he not going no where he is T-Pain's boss and he even does production so he will be around for a long time.

akon is dope IMO. Almost always feelin his hooks, he does have sum corny songs I dont like thats for sure but he also has alot of sick shit.

T-pain i donno about him i barley heard him, i just wanna know wat he sounds like without the synth on his voice..does he suck?

T-Pain doesnt use that synth on every song though... If u listen to his cd he doesnt always sound like that an dude actually has pretty good vocals...
For a club song I'd deff. get Pain on a hook cuz the bitches love his shit... But Akon comes super hard on the hooks too! 'I gotta 9 millimeter!!' Lol
