Snoop Dogg was served with a subpoena in the trial of Weldon Hal Angelos, the owner of Utah based Extravagant Records.
Angelos is accused of distributing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, money laundering and possession of stolen firearms.
The government accuses Angelos of renting a house and an apartment and using them to store marijuana and other criminal activities.
The trial started yesterday in Utah and is expected to last at least six days.
