I just wasted hella time and money going out to San Francisco only to be told that I don't have a court date because the stupid ass public defender's office didn't submit the paperwork. :ermm:

on top of that I still have a warrant out for me even tho I had already been picked up for that shit and posted bail. the bail people set a court date for me for a month later, and I went to see if I could take care of the class that was required before my court date, but I needed a paper from the court to enroll which I couldn't get without the court date. :ermm:

I just got off the phone with the bail bond place and they said they're gonna call the court to see why the shit hasn't gone thru, yet when I called last week they acted like they didn't really care since they already got their money. :ermm:

SF court is what's fucking me over :ermm:

I had a possession of marijuana charge and when I went in to fight it they said they dropped it......I was kinda upset cuz I had all the paper work to fight it (since I had a cannabis card) and went to court and the officer said that the DA dismissed the case, but then I ended up beating the other charges on some fluke shit. I should really check to make sure that shit ain't still on my record tho. also if you say that shit was years later then you should've been good since there's some clause about marijuana convictions over 2 years old in california.

Tell you one thing...
I wont never make the fatal mistake of pleadin no contest EVER AGAIN..
i pleaded no contest and got off the hook, basically. i also wrote a statement explaining what i did. no big deal.

i knew i was wrong and took it on the chin like a man and they were hella soft with me when it came to sentencing.

And Why Is That?

And I Highly Doubt You Can Get Denied The Right To A Public Defender
Had a bullshit speeding ticket from a Benicia cop that had a problem with me cus Im from Vallejo, after 3 times of them telling me to come back on 'this OTHER' court date, when I finally got in front the judge, pleaded no contest, and he wasnt hearin me at all, he dint give a fuck. Not to mention Vallejo is on the verge of goin bankrupt, so that couldnt have helped none. Shoulda just pleaded not guilty and missed one more day of work and had it dropped.. my mistake.. $600 mistake aint no joke..

yes you can. there are certain restrictions a public defender has.....
When Your Read Your Rights, It Clearly States

"...You Have The Right To An Attorney, If You Can Not Afford One, One Will Be Appointed To You..."

No Matter What, You Can Not Be Denied To A Fair Trial Or Sumone To Represent You During That Period

one thing ive learned, cops, law enforcement and judges respect realness and honesty, just like every human does.. you really cant front on someone being real.

and if you did something you know is wrong, you know you wrong.

lying is never respected...by anyone

i aint tellin someone to tell the cop about the coke in the back of their car but if youre caught red handed, dont make yourself out to look like a punk ass liar
