EVERYBODY A MANAGER BUT VERY FEW ARE REALLY 'MANAGERS'

I KNOW PEOPLE THAT WENT TO SCHOOL TO BE A MANAGER AND IT STILL TOOK THEM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TO KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS BUSINESS.. YOU DONT JUST WAKE UP ONE DAY AND BECOME A MANAGER...

JUST JUDGING OF YOUR POSTS I THINK YOU ARE WAY TO UNEXPERIENCED IN THIS FIELD AND YOU HAVE ALOT TO LEARN... THE DUDES BETTER OFF MANAGING THEMSELVES

AND LOL AT LEGITIMATE BUSINESSS// WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH IT ? EVERYBODY CAN START A BUSINESS.. ARE YOU EATING OFF IT ? CUZ YOU LOOK BROKE...

hater,so am i pose to have a million dollar income salary before i start doin management duties, especially if i have knowledge and insight in areas of this, understanding of contracts
other dude came at you harsh and light weight haterish. but he had a somewhat legitimate response. did you work under any other managers before you hopped out there? sometimes people need a passionate person with fresh ideas to help push them. so a new dude is good sometimes. but don't mistake theories with practice.

monte is a hungry, smart guy who networks his ass off. he's young but what he lacks in exprience he makes up for with drive and ambition. trust me, this group is way better off with him than without him. i know him to be a solid mover and shaker who's not affraid to ask questions and soak game like a sponge. he might make a few mistakes along the way, but i know he's gonna learn from them. i plugged him into one of his very first events with nickatina, ap.9, gonzoe and cognito and all of them were impressed with his willingness to learn from them. i've chopped it up with monte many times on the business tip and trust me he's going places. i commend him for finding a very talented act that i would of liked to have on my roster of artists. good luck monte and holla at me if u need anything. keep reading them books, they are the blueprint for this shit.
