alright so i got a ticket in october, did traffic school and that was that. and then just the other day i got another ticket. obviously it hasn't been 18 months so i can't go back to traffic school. the motorcycle cop said i was goin 45 mph in a 30. but he was drivin the opposite direction. so i was goin up an overpass and he was comin down it. he flipped a bitch and came back after me. he never had his radar out, he obviously wasn't pacing me cuz he was comin from the opposite direction. anyone got advice cuz i wana fight this shit, fuck payin more insurance.

^thats exactly what happened to me. luckily, the cop misspelled my name & for some reason, i didn't have to go to traffic school & i didnt get a point on my record. i think its possible to clock you from the opposite direction. pretty much your only chance of overturning it: schedule your court date as early in the morning as possible, & hope the officer doesn't show up

First see if you can get the court date on a saturday, the cop is less likely to show up, also put in request to see the info on the last time the radar device was calibrated, if he didnt use a device then that may be enough doubt to get you off, the cops rarely keep up with the maintence on those types of things so that too could get you off. bring up the going up hill/down hill thing also, good luck

you can avoid this shit by not speeding!.....

haha jus playin man

alright this is something everyone should know!

ticketassassin.com

it drops all the knowledge on fighting tickets by declaration,...trust me it works....i doubt its a 100% effective but i feel you have a better chance than actually going to court....cause if the cop shows up your pretty much fucked and this way you don't have to go to court...you believe you can even ask questions to the people that run the site as well
