I came across a Psycho Ballin' 4 Life cd over the weekend, and after looking at it closely it looks a little fishy to me. Can someone who is familiar with this cd please confirm if it's legit or not? Here are scans of the cd itself, top and bottom. The inserts look pretty clean, but the cd itself is what looks wierd to me...

i don't know playa but i got one and on my disc the numbers are uw008..and those are the only numbers on mine...so u tell me..is your or mine fake

I think they might just look like that homie, I found one at rasputins for 3.95 bout a year ago haha! straight come up! but i remember it lookin like that pretty much tho. If that shitd beed repressed youd be seein more of em in circulation im thinkin. you got your hands on an OG most likely

I dont know about your particular cd, but I believe that title is one of the ones that was repressed in Japan. I know theres about 5 cds that one cat always sells on ebay that are super rare and he has them up every week. Forgot his username but they are all Japanese represses and that title is one of them.

I agree. I've had my copy since it first came out back in the day and the numbers underneath my disc have the number code: UW008 as well. Yours has to be the re-release Cashflow. I know this due to the fact that I've been the one and only owner of my copy since it was brand new back in Late 1997. Flaimm, yours is all Original, so you're coo'. Those re-releases are pretty impressive though. They did a good job.

hey i hit up calstate and said i got a 500.00 cd, and if he knows anywhere i can get it reprinted and i'd break bread with him.. and he got all defensive..he said that all his cds are original that he get them from the artist. i didn't say a thang about his cds..hummmm

Yeah cuz the artists give em permission (Japan) for some loot to repress them legally. Hence "from the artist"

Yours is real, just like mine. We have the same numbers underneath our disc. I know this for a fact because I've been owning my copy ever since it came out. Rest assured that yours is legit.

hmm dont think they get the permission.tahts what a jap told me ,he was really angry cuz just a few gusys are reprinting evrything they get so the japanese scene kick them out of evry forum.also this calstate seller told me alot of story also if anyone read what he wrote down to a question of the auction of this munchie cd, he said 'yea thats my only one i have ,definitly nowhere to find again blabla' and then he had it online evry day.just one of his represses.especially hard to believe after his story that only 500 copies exting and he already slanged like 10 of em loll :\
