...is what rappers shud give back 2 tha community they come from. Whatever they make 4 tha year, 10% shud be givin back to tha "hood" they love so much cause im tired of niggas sayin they from here and always here and rep that and blah blah but tha same spot they "love" is still fukk'd up in more ways than one. niggas is gettin 100 racks-10 mill a year and aint givin back...we tha people shud make this sum typa decree of sum sort and which ever rapper dont agree then we aint uckin wit em. they say they love the hood because they need to establish street crdibility, and they always talk about making it out of the hood, so why would they go back?
plus alot of rappers set up charities to help out poor kids get an education (g-unity)
and how would you go about giving money back to a hood like brooklyn? Give money to the NYC mayor? it would never get to the 'hood' anyways.

NO, people always want free shit. they dont have to give 10% maybe 10,000$ for some real ballers making millions, but still no on paying a rediculous 10% of annual income cause hopefully they pay thier taxes

Hell no. A person shouldnt be OBLIGATED to give back to the "hood." It should be strictly because he wants to. Then not to mention that if he still "kept it real" with the hood, he'll most likely get robbed or killed there just because he has money.

wow...this is why Black folks is loosin. when i say give back i dont mean literally hand out money to niggas. im talkin bout savin churches in they hood that cant afford to keep it goin, single mothers whos on they own, niggas locked up doin at least a nickel, people who get cant jobs cause of they "criminal" background, the fuckin pot holes in tha streets! all that n sum mo shit. 50 Cent duznt need 300 million fuckin dollars! he can take 10mill off top to give back to Queens n still be richer than MOST Black people. buyin sum turkeys n computers aint doin 2 much. am i sayin muhfukkas shud wait on a handout? nah go out n get yours n work hard for it. Look homie. U seem 2 mean well but givin back 10% aint changin them fools attitudes & behaviour. To keep it one hunid, a lot of mufuckas in the hood don't appreciatte shit. U can go 2 a ran down apt complex in the ghetto that just got repainted & the nex week it'll be all sorts of grafitti all over the place by the people who live there. Single moms? Here's a simple answer. STOP FUCKIN. Niggaz doing time? STOP FUCKIN UP. I grew up in the hood & most of the cats that end up in jail aren't the real hustlers that's trying 2 make some money & stay low key. Its the wreckless dumb asses doing wild shit making the block hot. Give 2 churches? Churches got money but the Pastor gotta stop mishandling funds & trickin church funds @ the strip club. Provide jobs? Now that I agree with. But providing jobs that pay people decent wages is better. U can make a chain of McDonald resturaunts & give everybody in the hood a job but McDonalds don't pay shit & they'll still be starving robbing & stealing to get by. A ghetto won't be a ghetto if u clean that bitch up & the Gov. ought 2 be giving 10% not ur fav rapper/athlete.
