Also featuring longtime collaborator Bosko – most recently known for his work with Outkast’s Big Boi, the track produced by Portland-to-Oakland transplant and BROKEBOYSYNDROME<\/a> architect TOPE. An ode to crew love punctuated by hard verses, \u201cBest & Worst\u201d is the fruit of Cool Nutz\u2019s time spent out on the road touring with Slum Village for a good portion of 2015.<\/div>\n

The end result is a lush remix that flashes back to the heyday of the sped up sample and stands as a true testament to the sonic influence of Slum founder and celebrated beat god J Dilla.<\/div>\n
