The Philly rap artist showcases his singing skills on the track laced with his well-known storytelling based on his real life as a non-stop hustler. With melancholy lyrics like, \u201cI\u2019m just praying to the Lord, hope this ain\u2019t the day that I don\u2019t make it home,\u201d Gillie Da Kid highlights the other side of his life, away from the glitz and glamour.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.datpiff.com\/Gillie-Da-Kid-King-Of-Philly-3-mixtape.618535.html\">After releasing his heralded King of Philly 3 mixtape,<\/a> featuring <strong>The Game, Waka Flocka, Jadakiss, Trae Da Truth<\/strong>, and more, Gillie Da Kid went on to perform on the national \u201c<strong>Get Loud<\/strong>\u201d tour with <strong>Bone Thugs-N-Harmony<\/strong>, and released several new singles including the hit song \u201c<strong>Tattoo<\/strong>\u201d featuring <strong>Jeremih<\/strong>.
