BET Networks and AEG have slated June 23-26 as the dates for the 2016 BET Experience at L.A. Live presented by Coca-Cola. Earlier this summer, the parties extended their partnership for three years with the BET Experience now running through 2018.<\/p>\n

Marking the festival\u2019s third year, the 2015 BET Experience (June 25-28) drew 152,500 visitors — a 36 percent increase from 2014. The four-day event featured Staples Center concerts headlined by Kevin Hart, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and N.W.A, in addition to late-night shows at Club Nokia, seminars and a celebrity basketball game. Capping the weekend: the 15th annual BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater. Highlights included special tributes honoring Janet Jackson, Smokey Robinson and Bad Boy Records\u2019 20th anniversary.<\/p>\n
