Hailing from Compton, CA.\u00a0\u00a0YG Hootie<\/b>\u00a0released 3 critically acclaimed mixtapes (Young Compton, Prince Of The Bity & The Culmination). Upon dropping his first mixtape,\u00a0YOUNG COMPTON<\/b>,\u00a0The Source<\/i>\u00a0featured YG Hootie in the heralded\u00a0“Unsigned Hype”<\/i>\u00a0column.\u00a0 Also, various outlets such as\u00a0XXL Magazine<\/b>\u00a0reviewed his mixtapes with great fanfare.<\/div>\n

While YG Hootie’s name began bubbling thru the underground, he was attending the prestigious Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.\u00a0 It was through his mixtapes and solid street credibility that YG Hootie caught the attention of\u00a0Waka Flocka<\/b>\u00a0and became a member of the BrickSquad Monopoly collective.<\/div>\n

With Bricksquad Monopoly in tow, YG Hootie released 2 mixtapes,\u00a0“Flight To The Motherland”<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0“Red Zeppelin”<\/i>.\u00a0 Both featured the entire Bricksquad Monopoly family:\u00a0Waka Flocka<\/b>, Frenchie,\u00a0Gucci Mane<\/b>, Slim Dunkin’, Wooh Da Kid,\u00a0OJ The Juice Man<\/b>\u00a0and more.\u00a0 YG Hootie has also toured the country with Waka Flocka and was featured on the Club Paradise Tour which\u00a0Drake<\/b>\u00a0spearheaded as well as headlined.<\/div>\n

Fast forward to present day, YG Hootie is back in Los Angeles and preparing to release his new project,\u00a0“Destroy & Rebuild”<\/i>.\u00a0 The album,\u00a0“Destroy & Rebuild”<\/b><\/i>\u00a0<\/b>will be released\u00a0October 21 2014<\/b>\u00a0and is a sure shot project with features from: Waka Flocka,\u00a0Kendrick Lamar<\/b>, Problem,\u00a0TY$<\/b>, Mitchy Slick and more….<\/div>\n
