Stay away from that stuff. Athletes always get addicted to it too. Youll be worse off using it vs never having used it to begin with. Neti pots kick ass just use one of those. Ill cosign those 1000 times, or the nasal spray bottle is what I've been using recently. Its just distilled water, baking soda and salt. Real gentle and works wonders. I always use that if I'm having bad allergies or feel like I might get a cold
