Its like he's in 9th grade again, on his 3rd joint ever smoking and just discovered Pink Floyd and the Doors. Rock on.
HA! Yeah, man, I do feel exactly like that.

Like I said above, I've been a "poser" I guess for a long time. I've been a fan of both bands, but never took time to experience their albums instead of just the songs on the radio.

I was watching Top Gear and they were talking about how there were no CGI effects used as far as the cars go.

So everytime they flipped, rolled, or otherwise wrecked a car they actually did that stunt with a car.

Not to say it was the real car, they were replicas in the action shots. They said at one point a Koenigsegg flips around and explodes, that's a million dollar car, but instead they used a replica, but said replica still costs them around $200,000.

They said they wanted to make a movie that was more like older car related action movies like The French Connection, Bullit, Blues Bros., and Smokey and the Bandit, where there were no special effects available.
So basically they used a Koenigsegg shell and flipped it with a stripped interior and an LS motor instead.

More or less yeah. They weren't specific about what its guts was made of, could have been a Sebring under a shell. They did say the cost per car was between $200-$250k each.

The fact they were actually flipping cars up in the air and shit of that nature was interesting.

Stepped into the local car club scene last night, and came out with the reputation that my "car hooks like crazy".

Hey, a reputation that you didn't help fabricate is definitely cool.

I got the Mustang guys scared of what the car's capable of.

Truth be told, it's probably the slowest TA(12.89 1/4 best run) in the city, but hey, any hype is good hype.

I got pulled over for having a head light out last night. I pulled over pretty fast when I saw the cop go around the guy behind me, so the cop stops dead in the middle of the road(I'm on the median), and this fucker gets out of his car, yells at me "pull up so I can get onto the median", then chews my ass by saying "I almost hit you, dude. You pulled over way too fast. Why did you do that? I could have rear ended you." Total bullshit. He was 8 or 9 lengths behind me by the time I was on the median with my car turned off. I told him he wasn't telling the truth. He didn't like that. Fuck being profiled.
