i go to the gym late specifically so there is no one using the shit i want to use. get there tonight for leg day and some cunt is in the squat rack doing good mornings with only 10 pounds on the bar wearing a fucking belt. im thinking the most amount of time i have to wait will be 3 sets. this dude did about 8 sets. had to find other shit to do for 20 minutes then he left the weight on the bar and walked out still wearing his belt lol.

looking at it evolutionarily this makes sense. people from colder countries will have a higher body fat content to stay warmer and from eating animals high in fat. the countries around the equator have smaller tiddies because of the same reason. low fat diet and hot temperatures. greenland is throwing me off though lol.
