You fail to realize Jesse has spent the last few years trolling the Siccness asking about slang, sets, individual gangs, going to knowgangs.com, goggling norte xiv, etc. Ask anyone in the Southern California boards, or the West Coast Mafia boards. Jesse has done more gang and street research than a team of gang investigators.
Every little piece you give to him brings him one step closer to his final goal, to be "down with those cool darker skinned peoples". I hear he is even closer to completing his task than previously thought - apparently he chopped off his flat top yesterday and got whiteboy braids like I AM.
May even see him in some bapes tomorrow. And one day when he is some street corner
