I Beat It On The Dreamcast A Long Ass Time Ago.. Then I Beat Part Two On The Xbox.. Which Lead To Part 3 Finishing The Story.. But A Lot Of Years Passed, And Still No Game.. So Is This Game Scrapped Or What?? I Remember I Used To Play The Last One In A Motel I Stayed At In LA, And All My Homies Used To Just Sit There And Watch Me Play While We Smoked...

Yup I have that game for DC. Beat it in 2000..kept my memory card all ready for the sequel and nada on th DC. I didn't play the xbox one because I was all juiced about the dc one....I heard they were working on 3 but scrapped it

Yeah they scrapped it awhile ago; however, if enough people like it they will bring it back. Iam waiting on a new Streets of Rage and Shining Force IV
