So what, Floyd id not going to defend his 154 title this year then? He's using Khan and Broner but these fighters are so desperate for the attention that they listen to him. Floyd will fight Lara next. He is not going to drop any title. Canelo wil fight another catchweight fight, but I was thinking it might be Quillin. Canelo does need another ppv worthy fight and honestly I can't see him fighting Lara on ppv
How do you know what Floyd wants? He's on record saying he doesn't care about titles. "All championship belts do is just collect dust"

So, you are telling me that the WBC will eventually strip him of his 147 title, and he would rid his 154 title and not defend it at all? If he didn't care about the titles why did he fight the Ghost? RG was a legit no fame fighter that all of a sudden "won" a lottery ticket? I'm known here for being a Floyd hater. You are known here for being a B Hop fan and calling Floyd a hypocrite. Here is a writer from Bad Left Hook who had the same opinion as I did...as to why Angulo looked off...I believed Angulo over trained...sparring with Ward and Khan...there is no way he should have gotten beat like THAT!

The match making Golden Boy is doing for Lara is atrocious. Is there a worst looking opponent out there for Lara? Smith is such a boring ass fighter and a spoiler, this fight is guaranteed to suck. Even if Lara wins every round he'll look bad doing it. If their true intentions are to set up a Canelo vs Lara fight they'd put Lara in the ring with a fan friendly fighter.
