Boxing schedule for month of OCTOBER

Max said Ward's lawyer told HBO he wants GGG. It was a good thing that Ward wasn't there cuz GGG has said before Ward is on another level and that fight would have to wait. By having the lawyer say it is making the call out more serious and letting HBO know he's down for GGG since everyone is ducking him. Maybe by the lawyer talking is a sign that Ward and Goosen are working things out? Something tells me this fight will happen.

Povetkin just ko'd Takam


Alexander Povetkin scored a tenth round knockout over Carlos Takam. The fight was even on the cards after eight, but Povetkin broke out punching in the ninth with a series of punches to drop Takam. Povetkin followed things up in the tenth with a wicked shot to send Takam down and out.*

This Monaco card is seriously underrated. If anyone hasn't watched it espn3.com normally has their events on demand on the site after they're over.

Budler Vs. Zhong was a dope fight on paper and turned out to be just that for Budler's strap.

Liebenberg Vs. Colombian Canadian was a good fight between 2 unbeaten prospects.

Caballero Vs. Hall title fight between an unbeaten prospect and a former champ

Murray Vs. Spada winner is likely to fight Golovkin next.

Tricky ffights I don't know some of these guys

You got the Budler fight. Alvarez won by stoppage and I probably would've picked Caballero PTS. Hall's gonna be hard to stop here even though he went down already in the 2nd.

I still get ppoints for Alvarez as long as he won, I didn't know anything about the south African opponent other than he was undefeated against soft opponents. Wasn't sure about his chin.

I have a substantial lead as long as I get a couple right I should be good.
