Besides the goofy main event and the more ridiculous Rourke exhibition fight they had some good prospects on the card..
Olympic gold medalist Egor Mekhontsev [6-0] against Joey Vegas [17-9-1]
Dmitry Kudryashov [15-0] annihilating former cruiser great Juan Carlos Gomez [55-3]. Kudryashov doesn't have the amateur background a lot of the Russian/Eastern European guys that are getting hyped these days have, but he definitely has the crushing power they do.
Eduard Troyanovsky [19-0] also has a nasty KO on the card against Jose Agustin Feria [16-1-1]. Troyanovsky is a little on the older side but it's still a brutal KO.

Fucking ESPN is supposed to be broadcasting the Fury/Chisora card on ESPN3 and instead they have the camera like you're sitting in the nose bleeds during the Buglioni/Robinson fight. Hopefully they get that fixed.
Also not sure what they're doing with Chambers. Dude isn't an up and coming prospect no need to baby him with the fights they've been giving him.

Saunders didn't look all that good himself. I thought Eubank Jr started taking over late ,not enough for a judge to give him the fight, but enough where it kept you wondering if he had it in him to put Saunders away. I honestly thought Saunders was gonna blow him away.

Crawford looked spectacular last night. Only way he could've looked better was by scoring a stoppage which he was going for late. Definitely can't wait to see Crawford at 140 with 135 being such a weak division these days especially with him and Figueroa leaving it.
I feel like Crawford is one of those guys that will legit fight anyone. He had no reason to fight Beltran last night. It was his last fight at 135, he would've sold out fighting just about anyone and probably could've stopped most other folks. All around impressed.

Just when you thought Mickey Rourke's ring return couldn't get any worse, British newspaper Daily Mail spoke to a source close*to opponent Elliot Seymour's family, who said the 29-year-old 1-9 boxer has been living on the streets for the last 18 months and was looking to make some money around the holidays. Seymour is claimed to be spending most of his time living in Memorial Park in downtown Pasadena.
The fight took place in Moscow as part of the Ruslan Provodnikov-Jose Luis Castillo undercard. Rourke, 62-years-old, was stepping in the ring for the first time in two decades. The Hollywood actor is even planning to fight several more times in 2015.
The action in the ring was more comedy than boxing. Seymour went down in the second from what appeared to be a harmless shot and then went down a second time, with Rourke landing a hook to his buttocks area as Seymour was then counted out.
“It was clearly a fixed fight. The whole bouncing off the ropes, hands down, punches were not landing and they were intentionally hitting each other’s gloves,” the family source told Daily Mail.
“All these headlines Mickey Rourke beat someone half his age… yeah he did but you’re not telling them the real story. The real story is he’s homeless and desperate and he will probably go back to living on the streets when he gets back. People have no clue about that.”
