I don't know who said what on reddit, but that IS how the internet works if you have money and/or the right connections.

The person that leaked these onto 4Chan is most likely from or hacked someone from a trading network of collectors that pay a lot of money for these kinds of pictures... When they get them, they just keep them for themselves and trade them with other collectors, they don't put them out there publicly because they don't want people finding out that they have them or how they got them.

A lot of these pictures have probably been around and kept under wraps by people like that for months, if not a year or two.
