the best way to cook a filet is to pan fry it in some butter just so the outside cooks and then you put it in the oven on 350 and that cooks the inside. Shit is still pink and juicy as hell
i know what you mean.i sear my shit to keep the juices in and then cook them shits nice and slow....m,aybe 350....300 is good if you got the time to wait..the last 5 minutes i turn that shit up to 400-425...goood stuff
