Herb Kohl, the former U.S. senator, announced Wednesday that he was selling the Milwaukee Bucks to hedge-fund billionaires Wesley Edens and Marc Lasry. Edens is the co-founder of Fortress Investment Group FIG -0.94% , and Lasry is the co-founder of Avenue Capital Group.

The price tag was $550 million

Yup staying in Milwaukee and putting up $300mil towards a new arena. Bradley Centre is the worst stadium I ever been in.
