cals offense is much improved, transfer trevor davis from Martinez is helping a lot at receiver

their defense is the same old story but pac 12 has some of the best offense in the nation so its going to be a challenge to bring in kids and system to stop it

sucks they gave up a hail mary or they would be undefeated

randomly was watching this Texas Tech/West Virginia game and West Virginia has to have the best kicker in college football. He nailed a 55 yarder to win the game with no time left and it would have been good from damn near 60 yards. I know kickers dont get drafted high but man did his stock go up

Tamu and auburn got crushed. Haha.

Texas should have won. If you looked at the boxscore, you would have thought oklahoma got routed.

Big win for USC and oregon..they both needed those wins badly.

That TCU/Baylor game was cal/wsu all over again. Patterson fucked up going for it on 4th down instead of punting it.

FSU playing with fire. They may lose to ND next week.

Alabama barely escaped Fayetteville...wow.

ECU keeps winning. They are the best non AQ team right now.

can't believe they threw the flag on that play. It was questionable call the db was holding the receiver more then a pick play it seems but oh well its over now

It was a blatant pick. Dude was pushing the CB back immediately before the ball even left Goldson's hand. You cant do that.

Kelly makes a plausible argument that the contact wasn't premeditated. But in the end it doesn't matter if the contact was premeditated. Both Fuller and Prosise were facing away from the quarterback and had their hands on their defenders when the ball was thrown, which is a violation, even if it isn't called all that often.

NCAA RULEBOOK: CONTACT INTERFERENCE
Article 9

g. Each player has territorial rights, and incidental contact is ruled under “attempt to reach…the pass’’ in Rule 7-3-8. If opponents who are beyond the line collide while moving toward the pass, a foul by one or both players is indicated only if intent to impede the opponent is obvious. It is pass interference only if a catchable forward pass is involved.

you are right I just rewatched it

being an ex qb I was only looking at the #3 receiver who caught the ball. the defender was way too far off him in coverage, so the #2 receiver could of just ran a slant or hitch because fsu was screwed either way because that safety could of never got over the top unless they switched

good call stupid decision by that receiver

a few weeks into this season i thought this OR at CAL game was gonna be good but after the last 2 weeks of seeing what CAL looks like oregon should win big.

Kelly comes back for ASU this week and utah vs USC should be good.
